Recognize the limiting beliefs and emotional triggers that keep you or your team stuck. Learn to shift from reactive behaviors to intentional, constructive leadership.

Weeks 5-8: Activating the Five Sage Powers
Develop the ability to turn challenges into opportunities using Empathy, Exploration, Innovation, Navigation, and Activation—essential leadership skills for driving cultural transformation.

Weeks 9-12: Integrating Positive Intelligence
Integrate the practices of PQ into daily interactions for more effective communication, performance, relationships, and well-being.
