  • Weeks 1-2: Program Kick-Off & Self-Command Muscle

Train your mind to remain calm, clear, and focused under pressure using PQ Reps—quick mental exercises that strengthen your ability to manage emotions and reactions.

 

  • Weeks 3-4: Identifying and Intercepting Saboteurs

Recognize the limiting beliefs and emotional triggers that keep you or your team stuck. Learn to shift from reactive behaviors to intentional, constructive leadership.

 

  • Weeks 5-8: Activating the Five Sage Powers

Develop the ability to turn challenges into opportunities using Empathy, Exploration, Innovation, Navigation, and Activation—essential leadership skills for driving cultural transformation.

 

  • Weeks 9-12: Integrating Positive Intelligence

Integrate the practices of PQ into daily interactions for more effective communication, performance, relationships, and well-being.

  • Pod Minimum: 6 participants

  • PQ® Assessments (Saboteur Discovery and Mental Fitness)

  • Initial 1:1 Saboteur Discovery Session for Each Participant

  • 12 Consecutive Weekly In-Person Pod Sessions (up to 75 minutes)
