HOLDING STEADY

How to Stay Grounded in Uncertain Times

Why This Program Now

If you’ve found yourself checking the news on autopilot, losing focus at work, or lying awake running worst-case scenarios, you’re not alone.

The constant cycle of alarming updates keeps your nervous system on high alert. Over time, it drains your energy, your hope, and your ability to think clearly.

You can’t control the chaos — but you can control how you meet it.

This program teaches you how.

With Rainy Martin (Coach Rainy),
A 4-Week In-Person Program in Livingston, Montana

When the world feels unpredictable and every headline tightens your chest, steadiness becomes strength.

Holding Steady is a 4-week, in-person experience designed to help you regain a sense of calm control — no matter what’s happening around you.

You’ll learn practical, neuroscience-based tools to quiet the mind, calm the body, and meet uncertainty with clarity instead of fear.

What You’ll Gain

By the end of four weeks, you’ll be able to:

  • Recognize when your nervous system is in overdrive — and reset it in real time.

  • Shift from reactivity to intentional response when anxiety spikes.

  • Reconnect with your values to guide choices that restore calm and confidence.

  • Build simple daily rituals that keep you steady, clear, and grounded.

Less panic. More presence. Real control where it matters.
